Look I know you might be thinking "but Matt you reply on Instagram and Facebook Messenger often, and I see you replying in groups helping from time to time. Why should I actually hire you for an hour meeting?". Look, I get it, I was once in a point in my life where I didn't understand paying other people who have experienced what I have or at least understand my struggles.
Then a few years ago it all started to click. I hired my first coach.
